Where can I find your products?​
You can find all our retailers under the category "Konstsmide / Our retailer" at the top of our menu. You can also buy our range on our website. 

Do you have a factory shop?
No, we do not currently have a physical Konstsmide Store, we only sell through our retailers or on

What payment methods are there?
We use PayPal as a payment service. 

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my order?
Your order will be sent within 24 hours (except for weekends), so if you would like to change your order, please contact our office on or call on +44 (0) 1246 852140. ¨

I have given the wrong delivery address, can you change it?
We can change your delivery address up until your order has left. After that, we are not able to change the order. We recommend you let the package come back to us and thereafter place a new order. 


How much is delivery?
Delivery is £6.00. Should your order exceed £150, delivery will be free.

What delivery options have I got?
We use DPD for all our deliveries. 

How long before my order gets delivered?
Our ambition is to have your order packaged and delivered to your front door 3-5 days after you have placed your order. 

How will I know my order has been sent?​
Once your order has been registered with DPD, you will receive a text message notifying you when you can expect your delivery.  

Returns, complaints and refunds

Is return included?
No, you will need to return the product to us yourself. For any damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer service on

How can I return my order?​
In order to return your unwanted order, please contact A return form will be found on our website. Make sure you download, print and fill this in before returning the package. Click here to download a return form. Should your item be faulty or damaged, we will organise a return slip for you. For unwanted orders, you will need to arrange a return yourself. 

How do I get my money back?
When your order has been returned to us, we will refund you via PayPal.

My product was damaged in the delivery, what do I do now?
We ask you to contact customer service via email at, preferably with pictures of your damaged product, and we will help you with a return slip.

FAQ - Outdoor Lights

Which poles does your sub-base fixture fit?
Our sub-base fixture fits all posts with three-digit article numbers. You can find these posts here. You can also see all available spare parts and accessories under each product, check the Spare Parts and Accessories tab.

The glass for my light has broken. How do I get a new one? 
I do not see any spare glass on your website? You can see all available spare parts and accessories under each product, check the Spare Parts and Accessories tab.

How do I install the light fitting? 
We recommend that all installation of our light fittings be done by a qualified electrician.

I want to install my light fitting to a corner, how do I know which corner bracket fits? 
Do you have round corner brackets? We have two different types of corner brackets, 445 and 448. 448 is our universal corner bracket that fits all wall lights, however, you can drill holes yourself to suit your light fitting. 445 is a corner bracket that is specially adapted to a number of our light fittings, which are what you see here. We have no round corner brackets.

The light fitting only has an IP23 rating. Can it be used outside then? 
Yes, IP23 means that the light fitting can sit outdoors. IP23 means that it has protection against penetrating objects larger than 12 mm and for it being protected from splashing water at a maximum angle of 60 degrees.

I live near the sea, do you have any recommendations about which light fitting I should choose? 
We recommend our hot-dip galvanized light fittings for coastal saline environments.

It is stated in the instructions for use that you should lubricate the light fittings with neutral oil 4 times a year, which oil should I use? 
We recommend a neutral oil, such as sewing machine oil or 5–56 multispray. Light fittings that are treated with oil 4 times a year get better protection against weather and wind.

I have bought your expandable 12V system for garden lighting, but lack information on how much can be connected. Can you help me? 
Under the current products in the Spare Parts and Accessories tab, you can see which products are suitable for connection in the 12V system.

Production FAQ - Konstsmide Smartlight 

On which phones does the app work? 
The Konstsmide Smartlight app can be used on both iOS and Android and is completely free.

Do I need a mobile contract? 
No, you do not need a contract to use the products, it is enough with the app and access to wifi if you do not have a mobile contract.

How many units can I connect to the app? 
You can control up to 16 units at one time through our app.

Can you watch two devices at the same time in the app? 
No, you cannot, you can only see one camera at a time.

How long will the memory last? 
Depending on which size of memory card you have, every 60 second file takes between 4-6 megabytes of memory. If you have got a 64 GB memory card, it will last at least 40 days. Once the memory is full, old files will be over written. 

How far does the light beam reach? 
The light beam will reach around 12m. 

What alarm options are available? 
There are 3 different options you can choose between. 1. Day and Night, all year around 2. Activated between 8pm - 8am. 3. Your own settings through the app. 

Product FAQ - Christmas 

How will I know which spare bulb will fit my product? 
On the back of the carton, you will find which bulb is compatiable with your product. You will also find suggestions on our website under Spare Parts and Accessories tab.

Can I put LED lights in any candlestick? 
Yes, but you have to change all the light bulbs and not just some. You cannot mix ordinary filament bulbs with LED bulbs. The LEDs will go out immediately. So make sure to replace all the bulbs. 

I have bought your connectable system, but lack information on how much can be connected. Can you help me?
On the large transformer (starter set 4800-XXX) you can connect 1040 LEDs or 100 metres, whichever comes first. For more information about our connectable 31V system, click here.
