These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place orders on our web shop at konstsmide.se and its subdomains. As these terms may be updated without prior notice, we recommend that you read these before placing an order. A binding order as well as a purchase agreement occurs when we have confirmed your order. An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you filled in at the time of order. An agreement is entered into between you and Gnosjö Konstsmide AB, organization number 556217–1313. Reservation
We reserve the right to make any errors in stock that prevent us from fulfilling your order. Should the item you ordered not be available, we will contact you and ensure that a refund is made without delay.
Prices
The prices shown on our website and web shop include VAT and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. The current price is what is stated for the product in question at the time of order. Prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice and we reserve the right to make any errors.
Payment
No account information or card information such as card number and security code code is stored in our business systems or the equivalent belonging to Konstsmide (UK) Ltd.
Delivery
We are using DPD as our trusted delivery partner. Free delivery for any orders over £150. A delivery fee of £6.00 will be added for any orders valued under £150.
Your order will be sent within 48 hrs and we aim to have it to you within 2-3 working days.
We can currently only deliver to addresses within the UK and only to private individuals.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 days, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
Minors
If you are under 18, you need a guardian's permission to place an order.
Personal data
When you place an order with us, you agree that we save the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Your personal information is saved for the purpose of completing the agreement with you and delivering your goods. We, Konstsmide (UK) Ltd, do not save any card details. or information about social security numbers. We handle your personal information with care and do not disclose it to third parties. According to the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request any of the information we have saved about you and request a change or that it be deleted. To do so, please contact our customer service.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase from the day you receive the product.

For goods that are returned unused, with original labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount excluding the original shipping cost is refunded via PayPal when the product has been returned to us.
Complaints
If you have discovered a defect in a product and wish to exchange, please contact customer service at info@konstsmide.co.uk with a description of the defect and a picture, and we will contact you for further action. Before returning, fill in the reason for the return on the form that can be found here.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure Force majeure shall be deemed to exist when an external circumstance materially impedes the fulfillment of obligations under the agreement. Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. Examples of such a liberating circumstance shall be considered e.g. war, natural disaster, major accident, new or changed legislation, terrorism, fire, blockade, government action or the like that are beyond the company's control. Gnosjö Konstsmide AB reserves the right to postpone its obligation to fulfill the agreement as long as such a circumstance exists.
